Shipping / Delivery Problems
My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at 1-888-887-9992 x 3 for further assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
We must be notified of any shortages within 2 days after receipt of order. Failure to make such notification negates loss claims with the manufacturer.
Check contents of your package(s) against enclosed packing list carefully. Small items are often overlooked as part of packing materials. If shortages are discovered, notify us immediately.
Please Note: If your order consists of multiple items (including some dartboard cabinet sets), each item may be shipped using different shipping methods, may be shipped from different locations, and may be received at different times. When checking your packages for shortages, please keep this in mind and only check them against that specific packing list, not your entire order.

My order was damaged during shipping.
DAMAGE CLAIM INFORMATION:
Inspecting your shipment: When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect it for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. **Always check the underneath of the box, especially when shipped on a pallet.** If the driver is willing to wait, open each box and thoroughly inspect the product for damage. If the driver isn’t willing to wait, inspect the boxes thoroughly for any signs of damage (even small tears or dents in the box).
Signing for your shipment: If your order was delivered by a freight truck, always at least write "SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt, even if the boxes look good and there is no visible damage. This will protect you in case of concealed damage. You MUST either note damage to the product or box (even a small tear in the shipping box) or write "Subject to further inspection" on the delivery receipt before signing it. Otherwise you are signing that you have received it in good condition and all parties are absolved of responsibility for any damage that is found later. Never sign for the product free and clear unless you have actually opened each box and thoroughly inspected the product while the driver is there and you are satisfied with the product's condition. You and the delivery person should sign and date the delivery receipt and you should receive a copy for your records. Notify us immediately of any damage. We will need digital pictures of the damage to assist you with the claim.
Concealed Damage: Open all boxes as soon as possible and thoroughly inspect the product. If you find damage that was not seen prior to signing for the shipment, the damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Also, as mentioned above, if your order was delivered by a freight truck, you must have either noted damage to the box, damage to the product, or written "Subject to further inspection" for claims to be honored by virtually any freight company. So, please be sure to at least write "Subject to further inspection" on the delivery receipt before you sign it unless you have had a chance to open each box and thoroughly inspect the product while the driver is still there and you are satisfied with it's condition.
